I lost my way

They say Jesus is the way. So how can one lose ones way ? That means if someone does lose ones way, then he doesnt know Jesus. They say in Christianity, Jesus is the god and all the rest are followers. In Hinduism, everyone is a god and there are no followers. Now here is some chance for someone to lose ones way. And there are quite a few Hindus around too.
