Church sets a limit of 15 centimeters

The catholic church (which was supposed to have been all progressive and modern and outgoing and what not) has decreed that girls should wear skirts not lesser than 15 centimeters. They say that people get distracted. Now if these scums get distracted in a church, they arent praying, so then that opens up another problem - what have they come to the church for ? It seems that the stuff the priests and fathers and all dish out is not reaching the common public in the way it was intended. So maybe they should have a rethink. Probably call the big J himself.
